Emergency Response Training

This training is for Oxfam's staff based in Cambodia. The objective is to build their capacity on emergency response. The team will touch on:
- Over view of Disaster Management
- Current scenario (global, regional, national context)
- DRM/ER framework of National Committee for Disaster Management (NCDM) of the Royal Government of Cambodia and humanitarian coordination: Framework and Humanitarian Architecture, Cluster, Coordination, DM Act, policies, Civil Military Coordination etc.
- Oxfam Humanitarian Commitments and Expectation
- Humanitarian Principles, Standards and laws
- Basics of Needs Assessment
- Oxfam Minimum standard and Requirement in Emergency Response (Response Planning)
- Partnership in humanitarian work
- Gender and Protection
- Way forward and planning ahead
