Policy Orientation to Partners
Oxfam in Cambodia is currently collaborating and partnering with a wide range of national and international NGOs to carry out its programs and projects in Cambodia and in the Asia region. With high spirit of responsibility and accountability, our NGO partners have done their best to implement the projects in good collaboration with Oxfam. We have no doubt that our partners have used their best knowledge and ability to achieve the greater result and impact on the communities we work for and reaching the common goal as we wish.
The Need for Strengthening
Looking at the aspiration for the better project management, policy and legal compliance, promoting safeguarding at Oxfam and partners, the need for understanding, accepting and complying with the required policies and procedures for project management and implementation, we find the real need for policy orientation to all partners at country and regional levels so that all of us will have the same understanding, accepting and compliance across the collaborators.
Policy Orientation Focus
We have included and will introduce to and orient our partners on the following policies. These policies will be part of the partnership/grant agreement procedures which all partners will comply with for their project implementation:
- Oxfam Code of Conduct
- One Oxfam Child Safeguarding Policy
- Anti-Bullying & Harassment Policy
- One Oxfam Protection from Sexual Exploitation & Abuses
- Sexual Diversity and Gender Identity Policy
- Speak Up Protocol
- Anti-Corruption Policy
- Anti-Terrorism Financing Policy
