It is an inspiring journey with Oxfam in Cambodia, which was inspired explicitly by taking the role with Voice project to support rightsholders and groups facing marginalization or discrimination. She manages the amplification of linking and learning components by identifying and facilitating documentations in terms of successes and challenges. She supports Voice grantees and rightsholders to capture and amplify their stories of change, good practices of inclusion, empowerment processes, and influencing for behavior and policy change. She is looking forward to contributing to a better, more inclusive and no one will be left behind. This is a privilege and could be done by gratitude and generous support from colleagues who always shared extra hands and contributed to making more significant results.
