Visit of key supporter from Australia to community along the Mekong

Oxfam hosts the visit of key supporters from Australia to understand the ongoing work that Oxfam and our partners has done supporting community and civil society living along the Mekong River - especially in Cambodia – to bring about equitable water resources governance. As part of the visit, the key supporters met with young women and men, indigenous and riverine community, visiting community-based Boeng Nornglum (natural lake) in Ratanakiri; visit community fishery management and women’s group in Kratie province to understand way in which Oxfam and partners support local communities and their organizations to be active in protecting and managing the natural and rivers resources vital to their lives and livelihood.
