Prum Sean joins Oxfam on August 2015 as a Consultant to Project Officer for the project Transform Women Farmer through Institutional Strengthening (TWIS). Prom helps the project to organize 5 women farmer forums in 5 geographical region in Cambodia in coordination with other NGO partners.
