Siphoung has over 13 years of experience in the field of administration and human resources. She has been with Oxfam since 2018 overseeing all the administrative and HR functions for the regional program.

She has professional experiences working in variety of INGOs including nonprofit sector. Her experiences are mainly in human resource, administrative management, and finance such as strategic human resource planning, performance management, employment contract negotiation, and staff training and development.

At Oxfam, Siphoung supports the team on many administrative issues and served as a liaison with the recruiting staff.
