Lyda earns a Master's degree of Business administration in Finance and Banking from Build Bright University in 2008. She has 15 years of working experience in finance operations, grant management, partner capacity building, and budget proposal with mullites donor funding to local and internal organizations in Cambodia.

Lyda joins Oxfam on September 2021 as Finance Officer for CAPFISH Project funded by the European Union. She supports both program team and partners on budget and financial report monitoring and building partners capacity on finance. She is also responsibilities to consolidate partners's financial report and send to donor.

"I am proud working with Oxfam team and counterparts on the new things. Under this assignment, I am supporting 14 local and international partners," said Syda. "I hope to share my knowledge and experience as much as possible to partners."
