With her completion of Master's degree in Sustainability and Business from the UK and longstanding experiences in promoting sustainable business and strengthening private sector and entrepreneurship ecosystem, San has committed to bring about the more inclusive and responsible business environment in Cambodia.

Joining Oxfam provides her a platform and plentiful resources to make this dream a reality. "Oxfam's vision of building a just and sustainable society through reduced poverty and inequality has greatly inspired me. I fully support its viable private sector engagement strategy to approach the development, and I am ready to put all my efforts into this work.", 'San said.

San joined Oxfam as Impact SME Project Manager. She manages impact SME program that brings entrepreneurial solutions to tackle societal and environmental challenges through strengthening impact-driven enterprises and their local support ecosystem. Her major roles include overall program management and engagement with implementing partners, policy and program development, and fundraising and initiating engaging with businesses (SMEs) and key stakeholders such as policymakers and impact investors, etc. She also coordinates the CSR Platform Cambodia, a like-minded community of CSOs and enterprises to promote for inclusive and sustainable business practice.

"Oxfam has a diverse working culture. Throughout my time here, not only have I learnt and grown from the job, but I have also increased my understanding from fellow colleagues who come from different races, nationalities, religions, deepening my insight to think from global perspective," San added.
