The technical guidelines for the implementation of climate-smart farming for smallholder farmers have been compiled by Faculty of Forestry, Royal University of Agriculture, through the Strengthening Climate Resilience in the Mekong Sub-Region (SCR) project with the financial support of Oxfam Cambodia and in cooperation with relevant partner organizations.
