Seakhor holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking and brings over 15 years of experience in financial and operations management across international NGOs and diverse donor environments. Her expertise spans budget oversight, financial reporting, auditing, regulatory compliance, and process optimization to strengthen efficiency and effectiveness. In her current role, she manages complex financial and operational systems, builds strong partnerships with donors and governance bodies, and coordinates with regional partners across ASEAN country offices to achieve shared objectives.
