Dalis Lim joined Oxfam in Cambodia in September 2015 as the SfC Project Officer. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Panasatra University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Management and Economics. Dalis is a strategic planner and a coordinator of various projects in North-east of Cambodia. Much of her professional work focuses on conserving biodiversity and increasing sustainable livelihoods of vulnerable rural populations that are dependent on natural resources and live in ecologically sensitive areas.
\n \nWith Oxfam, she has also been dynamically coordinating projects in five provinces of Cambodia (Kratie, Stung Treng, Siem Reap, Banteay Meanchey and Pursat Provinces); empowering communities and vulnerable groups, and their representative bodies in voicing their issues and concerns, and asserting their rights to land tenure; and bringing better access to finance for the poor. The projects she coordinates foster the development of community-based groups representing women, landless and agricultural landholders, indigenous peoples, and ethnic minorities.
