Daro has started with Oxfam in May 2021, and he will lead the monitoring and evaluation function for the Mekong Regional Water Governance Program.

Daro has over 17-year progressive experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation with various development organizations.

At Oxfam, Daro is part of the Project Management Unit (PMU) to support consortia partner and each country team across Mekong countries to ensure MEAL is compliant with the Oxfam and back donors performance standards.
