Dimand has been working with Oxfam since 2013 in various positions ranging from IT officer to Global Network and Server Administrator, and Senior Infrastructure DevOps Specialist, which is the current position now. His main responsibility is to improve the IT Infrastructure of Oxfam Novib around the world. Dimand said he had learned a lot of technologies from his colleagues. For example, adapting the right solutions for users, managing organization data security, users personal data breaches while other organizations are still struggling.

"As a person who like to play with technology, I'm excited when I could contribute my skills and knowledge to an organization like Oxfam. Seeing my colleagues who work in the fields improve their productivities , less and less challenging with their limited knowledge of IT," said Dimand.
