Ritthy is responsible for providing advice on policy and political aspects of Oxfam's three programs: Voices for Change, Inclusive Green Economy, and Natural Resource Governance.
Ritthy has obtained over a decade of work experience in civil society organizations in Cambodia and the region in policy dialogue, youth empowerment and employment, social protection, and private sector engagement. He graduated with a BA in Political Science from Pune University in 2011 and earn MSc in Public Policy and Human Development from the United Nations University-MERIT in 2017.
"Oxfam has convinced me to understand the values and roles of a vibrant civil society to challenge and change unjust policies, implementations and social norms through its evidence-based advocacy and influencing strategies," said Ritthy.
