Sinath hailing from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is a graduate in Agribusiness from the University of Melbourne in 2013. Sinath has extensive experience in various agriculture research related fields ranging from agriculture production to market value chains, and agribusiness and is highly skilled in project cycle management, monitoring, and impact evaluation.
Sinath is particularly passionate about inclusive value chains and business models that drive women's economic empowerment and climate resilience in the agriculture sector. Currently, Sinath is MEAL Coordinator for IJET overseeing he design, implementation, and continuous improvement of evidence-based systems to track progress, ensure accountability, and capture learning across all project activities.
Sinath has seen that gender is a cross-cutting theme across all the project activities such as along inclusive rice value chains with a focus on women's economic empowerment and social change. Sinath strives to bring long lasting impact in her country, especially for the women through her project work.
