Kim has over seven years of progressive professional experience with profit and not-for-profit sectors in the field of administration and finance. Before joining Oxfam, she was an Administrative and Finance Manager with a local NGO. Kim graduated from the Royal University of Law and Economic majoring in Economic Development. She is currently doing a postgraduate study specializing in Financial Management.
At Oxfam, Kim oversights and coordinates INSPIRE grants and financial compliance with four partners who are working closely with apparel industry workers across the country. She also provides day-to-day leadership and support to partners on financial and grant management to ensure accountability and transparency.
