Over the past ten years, Ratha has worked with international none-profit organizations across Australia, Bangladesh, Bougainville, Cambodia, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Japan, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Pakistan, Solomon Islands, the Philippines, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam. His extensive regional experience has equipped him with strong cross-cultural skills and expertise in project administration, grant and budget management, reporting, government and donor liaison, and digital systems.
