Rathana works for Oxfam as Gender Justice and Youth Coordinator. In 2000, she started working for civil societies, NGOs sectors as volunteers, part-time and full-time job she gradually changed her profession and working sectors from low skill, medium and high skills with the different type of institution (Inter-ministerial, national and international, and UN agency). Since she join Oxfam she was inpired by number women role model in Oxfam and she was very excited as her role was to support most marginalize target group such as children, elderly, women facing or experienced violence, people with disability.
Experiencing of violence herself and surrounding by a number of women/girls who are struggling in inequality, unfair treatment, rights violation she understand how hardship it is then by heart she gain more commitment to continue her career journey with Oxfam.
