Sophy Eng

Sophy earns a Dual-International Master’s Degree of Risk Management Banking Finance and Insurance from the Royal University of Law and Economics and the University of Nantes in 2017.
Before Joining Oxfam, she has 10 years of working experiences in finance, grant management, and mullites donor funding with several international organizations in Cambodia.
She is currently responsible for work relationship with donor and partners. She is in charge of the coordination with region partners, such as Oxfam in Cambodia and Oxfam in Vietnam by monitoring and providing capacity building to partners, in line with the donor’s requirements. Also, she is taking the responsibility on the overall financial management of the projects, ensuring that all the financial activities run smoothly with the grant provided. She also supports PEMIII administrative and logistic to make sure that service and items are delivered on time to the projects’ need.
Working with Oxfam, she has the chances to work and learn from multiples projects, understanding more deeply on how they positively contribute to the society. Through working with PEM-III project, she has learnt about the need of conserving and protecting the natural resources, making sure it is sustainable and free from exploitation.
