The Potential Impacts of Water Infrastructure Development on Fish Spawning Habitat in Cambodia

Oxfam​ in partnership with Fisheries Administration of Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) conducted a research to identify the impacts of water infrastructure to fisheries habitat on upper Mekong in Cambodia. The science brief research is used the scientific and the combination of indigenous knowledge. The research is successfully done with seven significant findings and it has been shared to the Technical Working Group over Fisheries (TWGFi), which is a platform comprised of development partners, NGOs and government to be together to bring and discuss issues on fisheries and Mekong to the policymakers in Cambodia.
