This booklet is the successful experiences in organizing and representing the marginalized worker groups to be represented in the government’s social protection policy and are able to receive benefits from the policies as do other types of workers. It was developed based on documented results of the Systematization of Experience Workshop on “Marginalized Workers are Organized & Represented in the National Social Protection Policy Framework (SPPF) & Law on Social Security” from 2017-2019 in the context of Cambodia held in July 2020 for four days. There were 23 representatives from the above six project implementing partners from various positions including director/president, general secretary, program manager, project officer, and community facilitators.
