Yut Sakara Phon, Fair Finance Cambodia Coordinator: Sakara works very closely with coalition members, partners, finance institutions, government and regulators and other relevant stakeholders to reduce the negative impacts of cross-border investments on human rights, the environment and climate change, particularly those made by multinational financial institutions, banks and insurers to be more adherence to responsible and sustainable finance standards while increasing inclusive economic development. Every day, I witness the strength and resilience of the individuals and communities we serve, and it inspires me to push for systemic change."

Mariana Anton, Regional Policy Coordinator for Social Protection, has been supporting the implementation of a regional social protection program for formal and informal workers in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam since 2019. She has more than 10 years’ experience working in development sector in various capacities, is passionate about gender equality and inclusive development, and has a particular interest in participatory approaches to development. 

Menghoin Hok, Fiscal Accountability Coordinator, Fair for All Project: The FAIR4ALL aims to strengthen the civil society working to promote sustainable trade value chains across the banana and rubber sectors toward sustainable development.

Bopha Phang, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam IT Officer: Bopha embarked on his journey with Oxfam in Cambodia due to his strong interest in the impactful work carried out by the organization and its contribution to the communities it serves. These contributions align closely with Bopha's long-held aspiration for his career development. Bopha is based in Cambodia but he supports colleagues in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam.

Mainul Khan, Operations & Account Manager for Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam: Originally from Bangladesh, Mainul arrived in Cambodia 10 years ago. Marion Liard, CLV Institutional Funding Specialist: With 9 years of experience in fundraising and partnerships and 5 years living in Southeast Asia, Marion is deeply committed to advancing feminist principles and fostering inclusive environments that empower women and marginalized groups. In her role, she supports teams in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam reaching their funding goals so they can deliver impactful projects and empower local communities.

Natacha Kim, Gender and Social Inclusion Specialist: Franco-Khmer, Natacha was born in France, where she graduated in Public Law. As she was often visiting Cambodia, it struck her that she wanted to move there to help the country in its aspiration for a better future. “I felt my life could have a much bigger impact in Cambodia, and I wanted to reconnect with simple and fulfilling things.” Natacha coordinates two projects focusing on responsible investments and business. Bernadette Victorio, Regional Program Lead: Currently, Bernadette leads Oxfam Novib’s regional program, Fair Finance Asia, which aims to accelerate policy implementation and action on sustainable finance and responsible cross-border investments across Asia. Read More

Linh Hong Nguyen, Operations Coordinator: Linh has been working for Oxfam since 2014 and joined FFA in October 2021. Linh is responsible for ensuring the financial compliance of the regional team and country partners, coordinating the process of budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing for the whole program. 

Srishty Anand, Research and Advocacy Advisor: Srishty provides overall support to regional research and advocacy portfolio at FFA and contributes towards the network’s flagship reports on sustainable finance policies and practices. 

Kyle Cruz, Knowledge and Communications Manager: Kyle leads coordination of FFA’s regional campaigning, knowledge management, and communications to amplify awareness of Asia’s sustainable finance agenda in support of FFA’s evidence-based advocacy. 

Saroeut Ven, MEAL Coordinator: Saroeut leads the implementation of the program's MEAL framework aligned with Oxfam and donor standards. He manages MEAL planning and reporting, coordinates evaluations, develops MEAL tools and systems, facilitates knowledge sharing, ensures country-level MEAL cohesion, provides capacity building, maintains MEAL data, upholds compliance, and supports collaborative learning across the network.

Victoria Caranay, Strategy Analyst: Les supports program learning, planning, and direction-setting which contributes to ensuring FFA’s sustainable finance influencing and advocacy remains strategic and pragmatic.

Geraldine Grace Hoggang, Communications Officer: Geraldine supports FFA’s regional communications strategy through the development of communications tools and advocacy materials.

Lien Truong Kieu, Finance Coordinator: Lien has been working with Oxfam since 2022 and joined FFA in February 2024. Lien is responsible for supporting the financial compliance of the regional team and country partners, coordinating the process of budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing for the whole program.

Sivhun Hean, Administrative Support Officer: Sivhun has been working with FFA since March 2023. She supports the program’s administrative, logistical, and procurement requirements in support of overall implementation.

Dung Van Vo, IT Coordinator: Dung is responsible for maintaining and managing the Information systems of Oxfam Novib in Vietnam and providing support for FFA's website.

Daro Douk, MEAL Coordinator: “I am proud of Oxfam’s works in the region, in particular on the inclusion of marginalized groups and the engagement of civil societies across Mekong countries working together to fight for equality and justice for communities living along the Mekong rivers. We believe our works will provide evidence that enable to influence changes at all level regarding water resource governance and sustainable renewable energy.” Read More

Daovone Phonemanichane, Strengthening Climate Resilience Project Manager: Daovone manages a Strengthening Climate Resilience project, implemented in 4 Mekong countries. His key role is to ensure achieving of a greater impact of the project that strengthens capacity of communities and local authorities to cope with climate change impact and related hazards. Seyha Chung, Junior Finance officer: “Since I was a child, I had a dream in which I wanted to work in a non-governmental organization (NGO) because I love to help people and give support to those who are in need. Even though I am not in the front-line position who go to the field and interact directly with people, I am glad that my work can contribute and provide backup support to my team. Irum Shahzadi, Finance and Operation Manager: Irum is a financial management professional and a trained external auditor with 13 years of experience at Oxfam. In my current role, I manage two multi-country programs, TROSA and I-JET. I have worked in Indonesia, Pakistan, and now in Cambodia. I am a strong advocate for women's empowerment and take pride in being part of the Oxfam family.
